Powerslide

Powerslide is a surface trick: rotate backside 90 degrees so the board slides sideways, then reconnect the riding edge.

Keep weight over the board, handle close, and shoulders calm. Release the fins with rotation, not by leaning back on the tail.

Progression note: practice in clean water away from traffic. Build speed only after you can stop the slide without catching an edge.
