Kicker 540 extends the kicker spin progression beyond a 360 into a 540-degree rotation. The key is pop first: leave the kicker tall before pulling the handle and committing to the full spin.
Keep both hands connected early, pull toward the trailing hip, pass with the handle close to the small of the back, and keep turning until the landing direction is set.
Prerequisites should include consistent 360s, switch landings, and handle-pass control. Treat the final 180 as part of one continuous spin, not a separate late add-on.
