Front Flip is an end-over-end wakeboard invert. It is commonly described as a cartwheel-style or forward flip, with the body moving over the nose-to-tail line rather than rolling like a backroll.
Take the pop upward first, then drive the front shoulder down and keep the handle controlled near the body. Spot the water before opening and landing with soft knees.
Prerequisites: strong wake jumps or kicker airs, front flip awareness off water, and consistent handle position during inverted rotation.
