Ben Air is a whip-trick front roll released from the water off the heelside edge.
The movement is the reverse release of Bel Air: rock from toe edge to heel edge, use the water wall for pop, then carry the front roll with the handle close to the hips.
Prerequisites: reliable whip release, front roll body position, and stable line tension before adding variations.
