Backside 313, also listed as BS 313, is a raley with a backside 360 handle pass.
Release like a strong raley, then start the backside rotation with the handle close. The pass should happen compactly through the hips, not with straight arms away from the body.
Prerequisites: raley control, backside handle-pass confidence, and clean spotting on air mobe landings.
