Backside 180

Backside 180 is a 180-degree spin where the first part of rotation turns away from the line, often feeling blind through the second half.
Create clean pop first, keep the handle tight to the body, and keep your head level. Let the lower body follow the handle instead of throwing shoulders early.
Progression note: learn frontside 180s, switch landings, and small ollie backside 180s before taking it bigger or to kickers.
