313 is a raley with a frontside handle-pass 360. The trick starts with real raley extension, then the handle pass finishes the frontside rotation on the way down.

Keep the handle close before takeoff, let the extension happen, then pull to the small of the back for the pass. Passing too early usually kills the raley shape.

Build from raley, frontside 360 handle passes, and controlled switch/regular landings. Use a late, compact pass, not a long arm reach.
